Import and Export Contacts How to add or import contacts

If you want to add contacts from another email provider, you must first obtain a file (generally .csv or .vcf) containing the contacts list you wish to import.

Add contacts

Following the steps below to add a new contact to the contact list:

  1. Access Contacts from the top right of your mailbox.

  2. Select the add button near the top of the page.

  3. Type the name, email address and details of the contact you want to add.

  4. Select the Save Contact button on the right side of the screen.

Import contacts

If you want to add contacts from another email provider, you need first to obtain a file (.csv or .vcf) containing the contacts you want to add.

Once you get the list of contacts you want to add, then perform the following steps:

  1. Select Import Contacts in the left menu of the Contacts page.

  2. A popup box will appear.

  3. Click the Click.

  4. Find and select the .csv or .vcf file on your PC or mobile device.

  5. Click Import.
