Create a new event

  1. Click the New event button.

  2. Create the Title of the new event and the Time of the occurrence.

  3. Add Event details, such as location and description. You can also choose to receive notifications before the event starts.

  4. Click Save.

Create a recurring event

Liverado calendar allows you to schedule events that repeat on certain days.

  1. Click the New event button.

  2. Create the Title of the new event and the Time of the first occurrence.

  3. Click the drop-down menu next to the frequency option. Choose the frequency from daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

  4. Add Event details, such as location and description. You can also choose whether to receive notifications before the event starts.

  5. Click Save.

Create a custom recurring event

The custom frequency allows you to choose a specific number of days, weeks, months, or years for the event to repeat. For example, you can set up an event to repeat every two days or every two weeks.

  1. Click the New event button.

  2. Create the Title of the new event and the Time of the first occurrence.

  3. Select Custom in the frequency drop-down menu.

  4. Add Event details, such as location and description. You can also choose whether to receive notifications before the event starts.

  5. Click Save.

Note: For a monthly custom frequency, this option allows you to select the day of the month that the event repeats. For example, if your first event occurs on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, you can set up an event that repeats every three months on every 10th of every month or the second Tuesday of every month once.

You can also select the end date of this series of repetitions, which can be specific or after a particular number of times.

How to edit recurring events

You can choose to change:

  1. The selected event (Any further changes on the set of events will overwrite these edits).

  2. Selected events and all future events (Once you save the changes, any events before editing will not affect it).

  3. All events (Selected events, all future and previous events).

How to delete events

You can choose to delete:

  1. The selected event (Any further changes to the group of events will not bring this deleted event back to your calendar).

  2. Selected events and all future events (Once you delete this set of events, editing any previous events will not recover them back to your calendar).

  3. All events (Selected events, all future and previous events).
